The sensors (HR/BP/ECG) on Samsung Active 2 are not working

Hi! Recently the sensors on my watch have failed. No readings for heartrate, blood pressure nor ECG. Did the diagnostics checks and the readings fail.

Believe that it would most likely be a hardware issue. Which parts would require replacement? Would it be the motherboard?
