Where do you buy your 3Gs Back Housing?

I've been looking for a good seller on eBay to buy a back housing for a white 3gs 16gb. All the ones I've bought were POS quality. The power button did not fit and the vibrate button didn't sit perfectly like the OEM. And yes, I've replaced the back housing before but only with the pink and blue housings.

I was wondering if any of you have bought one somewhere for a price under $30 shipped that works perfectly.
