Have a whirlpool sxs fridge that worked brilliantly until yesterday when I replaced the water filter. The pump turns on, but there's no water flow to the ice maker. Water dispenser? Works just fine. No jams, no clogs, no power problems. Switch is "on," and the Level Arm is DOWN. I did turn the temp down a couple bard so gonna test that now. Otherwise...STUMPED.

What do you mean by "pump"?
Usually there are three water inlet solenoid valves in a refrigerator with an ice maker and a water dispenser.
A main plus one each for the dispenser and the icemaker.
To get water to flow to each you need two valves to be operated i.e. main + either dispenser or ice maker. Since the dispenser is working OK you may have a problem with the ice maker water inlet solenoid valve or perhaps there may be an airlock (or ice) in the water line to the ice maker, blocking the flow.
