I have read through the previous questions/answers in regards to my question

I have a French door refrigerator and the ice machine does not work

I have talked to a Samsung technician who has talked me through every step to take ( and yes 99%of you suggested all these solutions) but still it does not work

After ringing a local refrigerator technician to come and have a look and give me a quote he has said that he won't deal with this model as it's expensive for me and time consuming for him to pinpoint the problem

Samsung has no other answers to resolving the issue

So I'm down to buying around $40 per weekof frozen water to fill an Esky to sit outside the backdoor for everyone

My fridge has run out of warranty

but is only 4 years old and O really would like to resolve the issue

So what is the next step when all others have failed
