Clear ESN/MEID/IMEI to activate. What does this mean?
I bought a phone on eBay and this is what it says. Can someone tell me what this means?

It means you can activate the phone because it wasn't blacklisted because of unpaid bills or being listed as stolen.
It is blacklisted on a database using those ID numbers if it is not CLEAN.
