How can I fix my quest 1 joystick drift?

On the left controller, the joystick moves right and the right controller, the joystick moves up and right

hay i fixed mine with wd-40 but now my buttons are sticky so i feel like i have to disasemble the controller anyways XD oops

trying to see if i can use some kind of compressed air to losses it up or something now
