How do I clean my balcony wall?
I just moved to this apartment and te wall on the balcony is moldy, what's the best way to clean it and what can I do to prevent it in the future?

Use a 1:10 solution of chlorine bleach diluted in water (1 part bleach - 10 parts water) and a stiff bristled scrubbing brush to remove the mould. Chlorine bleach is available from hardware stores etc.
Be safety aware when doing this and wear protective eyewear and gloves etc. Follow the instructions on the label of the bleach container.
After it is clean you may want to consider repainting the wall. Try applying a mould action pre-paint treatment before painting. Then use a mould resistant paint.
Also check if any water that gets onto the balcony area can drain away and doesn't just stand there keeping the area damp.
Just what I'd try.

Hi
I’m no painter or cleaner but I do know that a pressure washer will clean that wall up great as my dad uses one on our car to get all the tar marks off the white paint
And as for preventing it you could wash it everywhere so often whith hot soapy water or buy a varnish or some sort that repels mould and other things that want to stick to it

The best way to clean a balcony is to first sweep it off to get rid of any loose dirt or debris. You can then use a mixture of water and dish soap to scrub or mop the surface. Use a cloth to clean the balcony furniture.
