Please help both screens are blank and only the blue light works

So this started a long time ago where one time i got a bit of water on the lower screen. I quickly washed it up before charging it for the night but when i woke up the both displays wouldnt work. so basically one more detail is a couple months ago i put the 3ds on the charger and it fricking powered on but it had the same issue when i closed it again. basically now i decided enough was enough so I opened the system and tried to do stuff like unplug and plug the wifi chip but still didnt work. Remember that water from the begining? well i checked the water sticker under the charger but it was untouched but the one next to the battery detecter thing was pure pink

So I ask what can i do? also no i couldnt send it into nintendo since the serial code begins with YW
