Why doesnt my it want to charge or power on
i tried keeping it on charge for a while but it still nothing and its not showing any led lights to show that there is power

Hi,
It seems that power is not being supplied to the laptop by the charger to either charge the battery, which may now be fully discharged or to turn on the laptop
Things to try to resolve the problem:
Check if the charger is supplying 19V DC at the charger cable output plug.
If you don't have a DMM (digital multimeter) try connecting a different known working compatible charger and check if it can charge the battery and turn on the laptop.
If still no good, check if the laptop's DC-In jack is OK and that the voltage from the charger is actually getting to the motherboard. (supplier example only to show what the part looks like). Here's the ifixit Acer Aspire One D270-1865 RAM Replacement guide that may help. It is useful as it shows how to open the laptop so that access to the DC-In jack is possible.
