Hi i have a little cracked OnePlus 7 pro and a fully functional Galaxy S9+ , will my both phone work if I just swap their motherboard And put the op 7's motherboard on the S9+? I'm ok if the camera doesn't work or the fingerprint sensor doesn't work I just want the display - storage - touch to work and I'm fine to go.

@tamim17_ those are two totally separate entities. It will not work. The electrical properties of the connector are all different, the hardware is different so nothing will fit or work. Short answer. No.
