HP color laser jet pro m254dw prints blank pages.

My HP color laser jet pro M 254 dw prints blank pages, it doesn't matter what program I'm printing from, it won't print demo page or anything else from the printer control panel either.

Printer was working perfectly until I was low on black toner, bought new cartridge, genuine HP toner, took old one out, put new one in and now all pages are blank. There are no streaks or smudges of any color on the page.

I don't get any error messages, when I click print on whatever it is I'm trying to print the computer sends to the printer, printer comes on, receives and goes through the motions of printing the page, it sounds just as it always has, takes the same amount of time as usual, the only difference is it won't print anything.

I would say it just isn't transferring to the paper but there is no toner on the transfer belt.

I don't know if the transfer belt is bad, maybe it's not getting the +/- charge so no toner sticks to the belt, laser itself is bad, but I would think something like that would trigger an error code.

It's less than 2 years old. If anyone knows something I might try I would appreciate it.
