Twitter Integration not working

Since IOS 5 came out i can't use the twitter integration like i should, every time i press the tweet button on every app on my iPhone it does nothing, just stay there, sometimes after 5 minutes the tweet screen comes out and after i press share or tweet or whatever, takes another 5 min to dissapear that window. It takes about 10 more minutes to put it on twitter cuz i checked it on the twitter app. This happens on every app that has twitter integration, photos, camera, safari, youtube... I've tried everything, uninstaling, even restoring my phone and it kepts happening. I'm guessing is a twitter problem cuz happens the same thing with my iPad 2. I've noticed that in the settings app, where you sign in, it should be a section for allow aplications, on my 2 devices there isn't such section, please help cuz I would like to use this feature on my phone, thanks.
