Why is my Quest 2 stuck in a constant “system restarting” cycle?

My Quest 2 is stuck in a 3 part continuous cycle

  • system restarting
  • Meta symbol
  • Black screen
  • Back to system restarting.

* It’s been doing this for 3 days straight.

  • Please HELP!!!
