Experiencing random touch issues

Hello, I am having issues with my iPhone 11 pro. It is randomly opening applications and doing random button pushes, it does it with or without a screen protector, issue started 2 weeks ago lasted for 3 days or so, and then was fine till this last Wednesday and is now having issues again, the phone is all but unusable in its current state, I have tried restarting it several time and that has not made any difference
