My watch is stuck in recovery mode loop, how to fix this?

Initially got the issue of battery after water damage, the battery settings was suggesting "battery service". after fixing the water damage the watch was working fine but this time touch stopped. I tried to update the software and it might have not able to apply the new software as the touch drivers couldn't install because of missing touch hardware and so it went to the recovery mode while applying the update and now my watch went under the recovery loop.
