My tv went to standby mode

I accidentally press that on off button to off and my tv went to standby mode,the problem is I cannot turn it onhow can I remove it to standby mode?one more thing I don't have my tv remote control,

perrydlp what model is your Sony TV? It will come off standby when you turn ot on. Something prevents it from turning on. What have you checked? Any pattern of the power LED blink?.
