Flexkabel neu plazieren bringt nichts.
Frage:
Wie kann ich feststellen ob Audio board oder logic board oder das flexkabel selbst das problem ist? (Optisch scheint alles i.o.)
cheers!
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

hi,
no, sound board is not recognized (not shown in audio settings, strike through audio symbol)

hi , sounds like it cannot find your audio board. Check this guide https://de.ifixit.com/Anleitung/Retina+M... schritt 16 and 17 and make sure that cable is properly inserted. Just verify that it is. Make sure everything is properly connected and that the cable is properly inserted. Have you done an SMC reset already?
von oldturkey03
Ok, did it once more.
Dis- and reconnected the audio on birth sides of the ribbon
SMC ( and PRAM for good measure) reset
Still nothing.
Is there a way to know if either the audio board or ribbon connectors or logic board are faulty?

@oldturkey03 I really appreciate your time, thanks!
Not sure how to get the thing running in a position to use any multimeter though, I'll give it a shot.
Re the Board files: overbearing gdrive wont let me download the .exe
