XDR display stopped working after I plugged it into UPS

I think the UPS was low voltage so the display didn’t work but after that, even connecting to the power directly, XDR display is not working. Sometimes I see it working for one second and then turn off. Doesn’t look like it’s completely fried but can’t seem to get it working. Any ideas?
