Why does my switch lite need a hard reset so often?

I have a Nintendo switch lite that freezes and shuts down during use, even with got battery. I have to hard reset it all the time.

And if I leave it powered off overnight I have to hard reset it in the morning.

@guardian10 No nothing like that. I replaced the thermal paste and cleaned the vents and fans incase it was that but no

also have you tried a OS reinstall
