I have a weird issue with my battery, when I plug the charger port to the battery it turns red for 7 seconds, then back to green, it remains forever green, wait some seconds plug it again the same process it repeats any solution ?

Sometimes the battery will get too low and the charger can't detect it. Unplug the charger from the wall, now plug in your bike, now plug the other end back into the wall. Unplug it from the wall, wait 5 seconds and plug it back into the wall. Do this 15-20 times, you're slowly recharging the battery by doing this, and hopefully the charger will then detect the battery again.
