Samsung WA65H4200SW keep on filling water

The machine keep kn filling water and if the time is almost over, it keep on adding time. We tried unplugging it and the screen should look like this -- but instead it has "72" as the time and the "Wash, Rinse and Spin" light is turned on even if we still didn't click it
