It seems as though you have to completely disassemble the tablet so that the LCD screen can be replaced.

Go to p.51 to find the part numbers for the 4 LCD screen types that are available for the model variants i.e. WiFi model HD (High Definition), WiFi model FHD (Full High Definition), LTE model HD and LTE model FHD.

Search online using the applicable to your model variant part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
