Upgraded to Big Sur and I’m experiencing shutdowns again! Help?

In one of my previous asks, I was experiencing shut downs and couldn’t keep my laptop on for more than a few minutes. The fix I found was to disable the thunderbolt ports, and for some reason that worked. Every time I upgraded I needed to disable them again, but now I’ve upgraded from Catalina to Big Sur and the fix is different. There are different things I need to do to get this to work but I haven’t entirely figured it out.

This is the thread I followed instructions from: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/big...

And this is what I’ve done so far

After these steps I got kernel panics like crazy so then I followed these next steps.

Following the comments there, these are the steps I followed so far but as I said in the comments, the only way to use my laptop is to use the commmands “csrutil disable” and “csrutil authenticated-root disable” in terminal, and if I enable them again, I get kernel panics repeatedly and can’t even get in without a hard shut down and booting in recovery.

Does anyone have any suggestions or answers on how to fix this issue?
