Hi @vystia
The BIOS was updated in Aug, 2022 to Ver.7B86vHG and the chipset drivers to Ver.4.07.13.2243 in Sept. 2022 (same for Win10 and Win 11).
The LAN driver was updated in Sept. 2022 (do you play games online?) for Win 11 only, and the audio drivers in April 2022.
If you update the audio drivers (sometimes they can cause kernel 41 errors) see the Note in the driver link.
Here's the support webpage for the motherboard, for the BIOS and the drivers I mentioned.
Maybe work backwards and update the LAN drivers (if Win 11 installed) first and allow some time to see if any errors are still occurring. Then if they're still occurring update the audio drivers (or do these first if Win 10 installed) and allow some time to see if any errors are still occurring.
If not any more then good or if still occurring then update the chipset drivers and again allow time to see if the problem is still there.
Finally update the BIOS last of all and check.
The reason I suggest doing it this way is that the BIOS is fundamental to the operation of the motherboard and the operating system and updating it can cause problems sometimes so I never suggest updating it just to see if it will solve the problem if there are other options that you can try first. If it is working OK the BIOS doesn't need to be updated unless there's a security issue or a known bug that needs fixing and the description for the latest update doesn't imply this.
The other reason I'm suggesting this procedure is because if you do everything at once then if something goes wrong you don't know which update caused the problem and it is harder to get it back to what it was as you have to roll back everything including the BIOS which may not be easy or even possible. If you do everything at once and it works well and good but you still don't know which update fixed the problem which may not bother you but would bother me if it occurred again sometime in the future.

Hi @vystia
Knowing the motherboard model number will help to check if the BIOS needs updating or not.
Random makes it harder to track down but you have to start somewhere I suppose.
Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error and Warning events that are logged when the problem occurs. No doubt there will be Critical events as you're getting Kernel error 41 messages but there may be others which may give more info as to what's happening.
To get to Event Viewer in Win10/11 press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Event Viewer link that appears in the menu options.
If it happens frequently try running the PC in safe mode and check if it occurs. If it doesn't then more likely it is a driver problem so again knowing the motherboard model number will help.
If it also happens in safe mode, try getting into BIOS and leaving it there or scroll through the menus for a while and check if it happens.
As I said, random is hard because until you can make it happen or the PC fails completely you have to either wait or try things to make it happen to get some ideas of where to start looking.

one possible problem is "Dirty power" either from your PSU or your powergrid.
i would test the system with a known good PSU if that doesn't fix it, it might be your power Grid
if you have the equipment it's easy to test for using a multimeter and an oscilloscope.
or you could get a UPS with "active power correction"
but the "random" part of the problem makes it quite hard to point at anything definitive

@jayeff it's the msi b450 gaming plus max,the driver is from 3/22/22
Is it possible that this is already the issues since it's outdated?
Also it mainly happens when playing games but even then it sometimes works just fine and sometimes it doesn't.the only critical error i get is the kernel power 41 error
Thanks for your help

Also the VGA light turns on after crashing maybe that helps with identifying the Problem

The common reasons for computers keep crashing are but are not limited to: The display, power supply, or CPU is overheating. The internal hardware of the computer is loose. Software and hardware are incompatible.
