I have a kenmore top load washer model number 110.20222510 it’s making a whistle noise when washing. I replace the belt and the pulley and spring are fine. Now with pulley disengage I turn it quickly counter clock wise it makes that noise. Any idea what could it be? I have videos as well

Does the washer still work OK for a complete wash cycle i.e. fills OK to selected levels, agitates, rinses, spins, drains?
Is the noise only there in the agitate cycle?
What do you mean by "....button by the pulley"?
Whistling noise sounds more like air escaping or is it a metallic sound?
Here's the tech sheet for the washer. Run the diagnostic tests just to see if it passes all of them or if there is an error code shown.
