What does it say on the product information label that is usually found on the back or bottom of the machine.
If you have a Saeco Magic Deluxe SUP012 then it needs 230V 50Hz power

One option is to open the device using this guide, as Royal and Magic are quite similar. There are some components marked with the right voltage, e.g. the pump or the solenoid for the coffee ground. The best option is, if you find the product information sticker on the bottom plate.
