Why is my phone only charging when on?
Ok so here's what's going on. I've had my phone a little over a year, but it only charges when I'm on it but not when it's idle. And sometimes it won't even charge when I'm on it and it'll only go down. I've used different charging cords and cleaned out my charging port just in case and it still hasn't fixed anything.

Hi,
By "idle" do you mean that the phone has been switched off or just when the phone is still on but the screen has timed out?
