05 Saturn Relay HEAD GASKET blew and have a few questions.

I recently had major issues with my 05 Saturn Relay 3.5 L v6. After a lot of other things we thought were the problem got fixed we realized that we're 99% sure that I blew the head gasket. I am having a family friend who is a mechanic replace my blown head gasket but he cannot find his repair manual at the moment. I really need to know in what order you put the bolts in and the required torque bolts need to be put in at. He cannot remember and doesn't want to break the part I just bought. Thanks so much.
