I cant use fingerprint scaner, and how to replace it?

Check if the fingerprint sensor is showing in Device Manager > Biometric Devices
If it's not there then here's a link that may help
If it is determined that it is a hardware problem and not software, here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop. Go to p.61 to view the procedure to remove/replace the fingerprint reader assembly. The HP part number for the assembly is shown at the top of p.61. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
