@peter51383 you did not tell us what those On-Off issues are. I have not seen a lot of capacitor issues with the Samsung TV's over the last 7 years. Not saying that it is not the capacitors, but I would wait until you have the TV disassembled and can check it out. The number one giveaway will be the voltages on your power board to main board connector. Remember that ii is your main board that tells your power board to turn on/off <simplified>. So checking the voltages will become the first step.

Of course, it is totally different if you find all kinds of domed and leaking capacitors. No list for the capacitors is available but I do have the schematics somewhere for this. Again, check first then let us know what you find.
