Hi,
We have a Sony Bravia smart TV Product no: (kdl50w800c). The issue is that the LCD panel turns off (More like fades off in 3-4 seconds) after couple of minutes of turning it on; but the sound remains alright. Tried fixes:
No luck yet. Any help is appreciated.

If the standby LED doesn't start to blink when the problem occurs, (see p.10 of the service manual if it does), try running the self diagnostic screen display test as shown on p.12 of the service manual and check what it shows.
