phone freeze, turns off and then turns back on.

Hello, I recently changed the battery of my phone after the previous one slowly crashing my phone at suddent intervals as it would not charge correctly and be full at 2% (showing 100%). Now that I have a new and fresh battery, my phone often freeze, turn off and turns back on afterward. I notice some other issues after this such as the sound being very low for a minute. this happens if I try to have multiple apps open or just fidgeting with one quickly. I have many issues with apps like youtube, spotify, tik tok and sometimes games.
