How to boot from a usb when I cant get into bios
with no fn key how do i get into bios to boot from a usb?

A lot of chromebook models don't have a BIOS per se, you need to get into the recovery menus and check if you can then use a USB drive
Here's the manual for the laptop. Go to p.1-28 Step.3 Enter recovery mode and see if that works
