The same is also happening to me too, 3 green lines just randomly appeared while I was playing an online game, I accidentally dropped it and now there's over 10 blue lines on my screen please help me solve this because this device is soon going to be GONE, and I can't get rid of them because its possible they are PERMANET.

@shantaecook first let us know if your device is a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 2-in-1. Second, since these lines appear after it dropped , it is most likely a damaged display assembly. We really would need to see what your screen shows you to make sure off it. Post some good pictures of what it shows you, with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. If so, then the only way to fix it would be by replacing the display. You can download the Hardware Maintenance Manual from here Page 49 will tell you how to replace the LCD
While you work on your IdeaPad, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
