My PS4 is shows pixelated screen , stuck and make weird beep sound

hi, i am having trouble with my PS4 Slim, when in powerup while showing initializing screen it's shows this type of scree

and making noise and stuck i needs to unplug the system and then startup again .some time it's started and some time its shows this error

. can some one please advise how can i fix it ?

That first picture makes me think that it may be the GPU failing, but that error code indicates a software issue. The first thing to try would be to completely power down the PS4 and unplug it for about 1 minutes and see if the issue persists, and if it does you may have to re-install the system software.
