My pc crashes randomly

every time I want to play a game it crashes and then when I have to turn off the whole pc and it still does the same thing. when I tried to turn the monitor off the screen goes green.

What is the make and model number of the motherboard, GPU card and PSU?

How much ram is installed?

What OS is installed, Win 10 Win 11?

Does it only happen when playing a particular game or all games?

Does it happen when not playing a game but just using the PC for browsing the web etc?
