I want to know before purchasing if the adhesive strips for the iPad Air 4 are the same as the iPad Air 5, I see it recommends it with the guide to replace the 5th gen screen, but it doesn’t show it supports it in the item details. Thanks.

The answer is YES!
The iPad Air 4 and 5 actually use the exact same screen, you can take the screen off of a 4 and put it on a 5 and it will fit perfectly and it will work.
So with that in mind, the adhesive strips are only cut to fit the shape and size of the screen, Since the screens are exactly the same shape and size, the adhesive strips will work interchangeably.
