My phones screen is not waking what should I do?
my phone suddenly hanged and got off. now I can hear the ringtone when a call is recieved but my screen is not waking up.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Hello there,
It happens sometimes to some android phones. Force restart seems to fix this "bug".
To force a restart on your Redmi 9 Prime press and hold the power button (or unlock button) for at least 8 seconds until the Xiaomi or Android logo appears on the screen and release the button while it turns on again.
or click and hold together power button with volume down button until it force restart again.
