When viewing videos on my Lenovo yoga I need to keep changing on and off on the sound mono stereo button otherwise I get no sound, why?

What is the model number of the laptop as seen on the info label on the bottom of the laptop?

What program (or browser) are you using to view the videos?

Have you tried watching the same videos on another device to make sure that they're OK.

Does the sound in the laptop work OK otherwise?

Lenovo Yoga C940-14IIL

Youtube and Google Chrome

All ok on other devices

Sound works fine

The only bothering issue that sometimes i need to go to sound settings and switch to off the Mono Audio and vice-versa for the next time the same issue arises.

Can you try another browser e.g. MS Edge or Firefox?
