Cant boot into Safe mode; No display on Screen; Cant put into restmode

I had lightning run in on my PS5, no power to PS5, nothing. After replacing the power supply unit my PS5 will turn on but will not show display and i cant boot it into safe mode. Itll beep like its going to but never shows display. Ive checked the hdmi used multiple displays, etc. When i press the button to turn off the PS5 or the eject button it beeps 3 times the moment i touch the button. If i hold the power/eject button down as if i were putting it in rest mode it shuts off immediately. The led when i power it on stays flashing blue unless i hold the power button as if i were putting it in safe mode then it will turn white. Any ideas on where i should look at on the board for a fix?
