I think that you posted the CPU number, not the laptop model number which you can find on the label on the bottom of the laptop.
However, I think that as most Samsung laptops are the same in BIOS, check in the BIOS menus under the SysInfo tab what is shown next to the sata 1 and sata 2 entries.
The HDD would be connected to sata 1 and if there is a dvd drive in the laptop it would be connected to sata 2. (I don't know the model so I don't know if it has a dvd drive or not, so there may not be anything listed next to sata 2 if there is none installed)
If there is no information for sata 1 then the drive has either failed or has become disconnected.
If there is information for sata 1 then it could be a corrupted MBR (Master Boot Record) file which prevents the laptop from finding a "bootable" drive so that it can boot into Windows. So it opens the boot menu option for you to chose another drive to boot from, which of course is not there.
What OS is installed in the laptop, Win7, Win8.1, Win10 etc?

You can try to reset it but if that also doesn't work, try to reset the BIOS by performing a power refresh.
I can't find your model number so I hope that this video will be of some help.
Open the laptop and then disconnect the battery and the coin cell battery from the motherboard.
You don't have to remove them, just disconnect them both.
Then press and hold the laptop's power button operated for 30 seconds and then release it
Reconnect the coin cell battery, reconnect the main battery, reassemble the laptop and then try turning it on and check if it boots OK either from a USB or the HDD.
If still no good there's a problem on the motherboard.

It’s showing both sata 1 and sata 2 and if i use bootable usb it shows my partions and install window but when i power off it so it again stuck on boot menu , i want to shaer you a picture how i can add picture
You didn't say what OS is installed inthe laptop.
If Win10 is the OS, create a Win 10 recovery USB.
You can do this from any known working Win10 computer. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.
In the host PC go to Control Panel > Recovery > Create a recovery disc and follow the prompts.
When you have created it, insert it into the laptop, turn on the laptop and select USB as the 1st boot option.
If it doesn't boot into the Windows Recovery Environment menus, go back to BIOS and enable "Legacy BIOS" option (don't know what it is called in your laptop but the word Legacy should be there)
If it does boot into the WRE menus, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced > Startup repair and follow the prompts.
DO NOT select "Reset this PC" because if you choose a wrong option after this you can delete all your data as Windows will be reinstalled.

You don't have to reinstall it.
Just use the recovery disc or if you have the install cd there is a repair my PC option on it when you start the CD to do the install

What is the model number of the laptop?
Can you get into the BIOS menus OK and check if the HDD is being shown as detected?

@jayeff Sir the laptop model number is SUMSUNG i7-36150M 3rd generation and i can go BIOS but how to check HDD or SSD
