My phone wont turn on at all

Please HELP!! I was on my phone and then suddenly it froze and shut off (my phone was around 70%), I tried turning it back on but it wouldn't show anything. I then charge the phone and see if that helps but it still wouldn't work, I even tried the hard reset or plugging it to my computer but nothing shows up... just a plain black screen. (its been around 3 weeks)
