After Screen Replacement iPhone 7 stuck on Apple Logo.

Hello, my iphone 7 after changing screen replacement stuck on Apple logo. And hard reset does not work, it only restart the phone and going same apple logo screen. I can only switch off phone via unplugging from its battery cable.

Some informations,

my home button was already not working for 6 months, during screen replacement mistakenly cut its cable (but not sure why it was not working whether it is broken or unplugged from its home)

tried to unplug front camera cable and turn it on --- does not work.

tried without plugging battery to its house with charging cable, with that phone is looping with apple screen. (at first tries i saw pc symbol --for restorations but did not appeared any more.

Cannot cable it to my computer since it does not appear on my itunes etc.
