My laptop is working but laptop heat very fast because of fan problem

@shuraimbhatti don't run it without the fan. This potentially could cause some major issues with your motherboard. You do want to go ahead and replace the fan. Download the owners manual for your computer from here Dell places their repair instructions inside the owner's manual. Page 28 of that manual will tell you how to replace the fan. Replacement fans are readily available at many online stores and luckily they are not to expensive.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, you can help us out. While you work on your computer, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
