My laptop battery shutdown but not on my laptop and not charging

@alokgamingworld you are not telling us if your computer continues to function with power supply. If so, tehn the issue could be your motherboard (charging circuit) or a bad battery. You could attach an ammeter between the laptop and the power supply and with your laptop turned off, check about how many amps (if any) your computer tries to pull to charge the battery. I suggest that you start with a new battery. you may also have to consider replacing the battery. A depleted battery can no longer be charged. If it does not resolve the no charging issue, at least it will provide you with a known-well starting point for any deeper repairs. For those you will need a good multimeter, the schematic and the component layout view for your specific motherboard.
