My laptop show 3 amber 6 white light when powered on and caps lock White light. I need help

Can you confirm the specific model of your laptop? I do not see any blink codes for Latitude series laptops that match this pattern.

A 3:6 error code is an SBIOS flash corruption problem. (see Diagnostic LEDs for the Latitude laptop series (2017 to 2023)

@jayeff Saw this for most of the other models, but not latitude for some reason. Thanks!
