@gotoniyalhassen always start with the easy stuff. Disable or uninstall any apps that are consuming too much battery or RAM or aren't being used. Sometimes this can also be caused by a new software updates, using high screen brightness, enabled push notifications (email, settings, host sites like Discord etc) and then of course, a bad battery.

If all your software is up to date, I would go for a new battery and re-evaluate. Since iFixit does not yet a guide for that, use something like this video to replace it.. While you are doing that, take lots of pictures and create a guide for the rest of us. That way you are helping another person with the same issue.
