1 Why is my sony xz3 camera not working
My sony xz3 camera shows unknown error when I open camera and shoes black screen also and when I restart my phone my camera start working for once but again I open my camera it agains shows The error

Does it still do this if you turn on the phone in safe mode and then use the camera?

Just trying to eliminate software problems as this is what it appears to be.
Try clearing the camera app cache and the system cache (do one at a time) and check if that fixes the problem

Yes I do all the things. Camera cache clear data clear all things but my problem still same

But when I restart my camera its only work for once and then I reopen my camera it shows the error again
