Cuisinart Grind and Brew DGB-700 needs internal cleaning

I regularly clean the coffee chute on my Cuisinart Grind and Brew DGB-700 per the instruction book. However , now It seems to need a more thorough internal cleaning. The coffee maker grinds the coffee but isn't shifting the filter basket cover for the water to come through. Is there a way to disassemble the area under the bean hopper housing in order to clean the internal area?
