Hi Prabhnoor,
Water damage in a phone is a tricky thing, as you can never tell exactly what will be affected nor how badly.
Batteries and screens are the parts that seem to take the most damage from getting wet, so we usually advise you to first clean the phone. That means opening it up and rinsing/cleaning with 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. This will displace the water and reduce the risk of electronics-destroying corrosion. This guide is made for iPhones, but is just as applicable to yours.

And please, for the love of god, do NOT put it in rice! That's a myth and won't do a darn thing but make sure the water stays in your phone longer, along with getting contaminants from the rice in every hole in the phone.
Once you've gotten the phone cleaned up, first thing to do is replace the screen then see where you are. Use this guide to open the phone and replace it. Following these instructions will give you the best chance of getting your phone through this still alive.

If you don't feel confident of your abilities in this area, then you need to seek out a repair shop that's experienced with liquid damage immediately. The longer you wait the more chance you phone will suffer unrepairable corrosion damage and may end up toast. The sooner you address the issue, the better your chances to save the phone.
